Children aged five (5) years and below are free of charge and not counted toward the paying headcount. However, any applicable ferry tickets for the Bohol Day Tour from Cebu, as well as entrance or admission fees at tour sites (subject to the child’s height), shall be at the guest’s expense.

No. of hours per tour depends on the tour itinerary, this is indicated per tour package.

₱300 per excess hour.

No, the tour will be exclusive to your group. All our tours are private.

There is no additional charge for airport or port drop off if coming from a tour on that day.

For the Cebu City tour/ Bohol Countryside tour/ Simala:

Yes you can, as long as it is within the city and within 10 hours. Tour fees shall be adjusted accordingly.

Because of the vehicle rate which can be divided among the guests on board.

No, we don’t. All our tours are private and will be exclusive to your group to avoid
conflict of interest and times of different groups.

Car and driver details shall be sent a day before the scheduled tour between 5 PM and 9PM. We will send it through text message, Facebook messenger or through email.

Yes. To avail of our contracted rates, travel agencies shall send proposal letter through our email and attach necessary legal documents such as mayors permits, DOT accreditation certificate, DTI etc.

  5. Total will be calculated and shown  automatically.
  6. You have the option to pay in full or pay the required 30% deposit.
  7. Click book now button and  you will be redirected to the cart page.
  8. In cart page, you have the option to continue shopping or delete tour. 
  9. Click Proceed to checkout button.
  10. On Checkout page, fill-up the customer details form, select payment method then place your order.
  11. You will be redirected to the order page with your order details, payment information and our bank details to pay the deposit or remaining balance as required.
  12. An email with your tour details will be sent automatically, please check your spam folder if email is not in your inbox.
  13. One of our friendly staff will be in touch with you once your order is received.

Yes you may, but that is subject for approval. We want you to enjoy your whole trip so we recommend to follow the itinerary on the package.

Payments & Cancellation

We require 30% reservation fee and the 70 % balance shall be paid before start of the tour.

Refunds, Cancellations, and Payment Disputes

Tours and transfer services may be cancelled due to extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Bohol Cebu Tours. In such cases, any refund, reschedule, or credit offered shall be determined at our sole discretion and may be subject to third-party supplier policies.

For voluntary cancellations, refunds are strictly limited to requests received at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled tour or transfer service date. Cancellation requests submitted less than 48 hours before the service date are non-refundable and shall be considered fully utilized.

Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days from confirmation of cancellation.

Refunds will be issued using one of the following methods, depending on the client’s location and payment circumstances:

  • Original credit card used during booking

  • Client’s personal bank account or GCash

  • For clients with bank accounts outside the Philippines, refunds will be processed via Western Union Money Transfer

Any applicable payment gateway, bank, or transfer fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Refunds apply only to tour or transfer service fees. For bookings that include the Bohol–Cebu Day Tour, ferry tickets are final and non-refundable once purchased.

By completing a booking with Bohol Cebu Tours, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation and refund policy. Refund requests, chargebacks, or payment disputes that do not comply with these terms may be contested and supported using this policy as evidence.

Refund posting times may vary depending on the card issuer, bank, or remittance provider and are outside the control of Bohol Cebu Tours.
