Children aged 6 years old and below are not included in the count for paying heads. However, if any of the tour sites require an admission fee (depending on the child’s height), guests will be responsible for covering that cost.

No. of hours per tour depends on the tour itinerary, this is indicated per tour package.
₱300 per excess hour.
No, the tour will be exclusive to your group. All our tours are private.
There is no additional charge for airport or port drop off if coming from a tour on that day.
For the Cebu City tour/ Bohol Countryside tour/ Simala:
✅ Between 8AM and 11AM.
For Cebu south tour (Oslob Tour/Moalboal/canyoneering):
✅ Between 4:00 am and 6:00 am
The best time to call us is between 9AM to 6PM GMT+8, Monday to Saturday.
Yes you can, as long as it is within the city and within 10 hours. Tour fees shall be adjusted accordingly.
Because of the vehicle rate which can be divided among the guests on board.
No, we don’t. All our tours are private and will be exclusive to your group to avoid
conflict of interest and times of different groups.
Car and driver details shall be sent a day before the scheduled tour between 5 PM and 9PM. We will send it through text message, Facebook messenger or through email.
Yes. To avail of our contracted rates, travel agencies shall send proposal letter through our email and attach necessary legal documents such as mayors permits, DOT accreditation certificate, DTI etc.

- You have the option to pay in full or pay the required 30% deposit.
- Click book now button and you will be redirected to the cart page.
- In cart page, you have the option to continue shopping or delete tour.
- Click Proceed to checkout button.
- On Checkout page, fill-up the customer details form, select payment method then place your order.
- You will be redirected to the order page with your order details, payment information and our bank details to pay the deposit or remaining balance as required.
- An email with your tour details will be sent automatically, please check your spam folder if email is not in your inbox.
- One of our friendly staff will be in touch with you once your order is received.
Yes you may, but that is subject for approval. We want you to enjoy your whole trip so we recommend to follow the itinerary on the package.
Payments & Cancellation
We require 30% reservation fee and the 70 % balance shall be paid before start of the tour.

Tours may be cancelled due to extreme weather condition or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
For voluntary cancellations, we require notification at least 2 days prior to the scheduled tour to receive a refund. No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour. However, guests have the option to utilize the total deposit paid for a future tour at their convenience. Please note that additional fees may apply if there are differences in tour fees, depending on the current applicable rates for your rescheduled date.
Total refund shall include tour fees only. For guests availing the Bohol-Cebu day tour, ferry tickets are considered sold once booked, hence, non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed through the client’s personal bank account or GCash. For clients with bank accounts outside the Philippines, refunds will be transferred via Western Union Money Transfer for convenience. Please note that a transfer fee will be deducted from the total refund.
